Your dog is part of your story
A study of form, spirit and presence.
The Dog Form creates expressive fine art portraits designed to preserve the presence, personality, and spirit of the dogs who share our lives.
Every portrait is made with the care any member of the family deserves. It is finished as artwork meant to live on a wall, not a screen.
